How this started
This did not start with a business plan. It started with a server rack at home. My own network, my own virtual machines, my own monitoring. Things nobody asked me for and that I built in the evenings anyway, because I wanted to know how they work.
At some point the first acquaintance asked whether I could build him a website. Then the second one did. TopWeb Digital grew out of that.
What stayed is this: I build websites the way I build my own systems. Nothing clicked together that I cannot explain. No shortcut that someone else has to pay for two years later.
I have a regular job. The websites get built in the evenings and at weekends. During the day you rarely reach me right away, but write in the morning and you have an answer by the evening. I don't depend on any single job, and you will notice that in the first call.
I am Can Atilla Toparlak and I work out of Hamburg. From the first email until after your launch, you deal with me.

- My productive sceptic. Its only job is to pull an idea or a plan apart: attack the assumptions, find the blind spots, say where it fails in practice. It does not tick off a checklist, it asks whether this is the right idea at all.

- The last look before anything goes live. Hunts for bugs, exposed API keys, a missing imprint and deployment traps, sorted into blocker, should and nice-to-have. It checks and reports; I do the changing.
The faces are invented and made by image software. None of these names belongs to a person. The list keeps growing: every task that repeats gets its own.
